To make this pencil picture frame first you have to take any dollar store picture frame and measure the length of its border. Lets say if the border is of one inch then cut 1.5 inches pieces of pencil colors and then sharp them so that they become one inch in size. Then all you have to do is to glue the pencils lengthwise on the top and bottom part of the frame. Then cover the left and right side. There is no hard and fast rule for the length of the tiny pencils. You can decrease it too to cover the frame completely. Now add your photograph to the frame and voila! Happy crafting!
