If you need a party decor idea then it is the time to bring into use all your colored papers on hand and create this lovely paper flower garland. To make each flower fold a rectangular piece of paper in half. Fold it for the second time and then for the third time. Then open the paper and fold it along the creases in the way you make a paper fan. Fold the folded paper in half and staple at the crease. Cut slantingly at both the edges. Then glue every two sides together to get a flower ready. Make more and punch two holes in each flower. Pass them through a ribbon and a garland will be ready.
