Make your own awesome planter from a simple plastic bottle

Random things such as planter are much fun and cuter when they are personified, since everything looks cute and fun when it has eyes and a smile. In case you love not ordinary stuff and you strive to be as much as creative  as you can , we have a pretty fun DIY project for you and your family. A cute and cool planter made of a basic plastic bottle. This project is as easy as it sounds, and will surely provide a little fun ambiance in your home, and can be a real charmer on the window shelf. Well, to cut to the chase, prepare the basic supplies and follow the simple guide.

Needed supplies:

-Empty plastic bottle;

– Eyes stickers

-Lids

 

1.Cut the plastic bottle

Cut the bottle in half. Take the bottom half and make a three small holes in the base of the bottle with a needle or simply with your nails, so the water can drain.

2.Apply the lids and the eyes on the bottle

The eyes you can make from a cardboard or you can simply buy a sticker in a form of eyes. Glue the eyes and below glue the lid for a nose.

3. Fill the bottle with soil

Fill the bottle to the top with a soil, add bird seeds in the soil also.

Water the soil as much as you can. it is advisable to  keep the soil moist and water it thrice a day.
