To make a string chandelier first you have to create a mixture of cornstarch, water and glue in a bowl. Then soak yarn in the glue mixture and start wrapping it around a balloon in any way you want. Once the wrapping is done hang the balloon somewhere and let the yarn dry completely. When the yarn is stiff and dry, pop the balloon and take the balloon out of the string ball.
