To make this vase first cut all the plastic spoons and remove their stems. After that put them on a newspaper in rows and spray a coat of primer. Then take some paint in the color of your choice and paint the first row of spoon heads with it. As you paint the second row add a bit of white paint. For the third row add more white paint and continue the same step till the last row. Let the spoon heads dry. Then start gluing them in the order of rows to a can painted black with a hot glue gun.
