All you need to do is to remove the cover of an unplugged fan and paint each blade of the fan in the color of your choice. Preferably colors from the rainbow like red, blue, green, orange and yellow would be ideal as when you will switch on the fan, it will create a spectrum identical to that of the rainbow.
