To make each of these shoe storage hangers first you have to cut the lower part of a metal wire hanger with pliers. After that roll both the edges of the hanger and give it a shape as shown in step 4. Make more and paint all the hangers. Cover the upper part of each hanger with ribbon having a button on it and voila! Use these hangers to hang your shoes in the lower part of your closet by fixing a rod in it.
